Jaime Lamas was educated with the Jesuits. He combined his studies of law at the University of the Balearic Islands with international law at the University of Vienna. He studied foreign trade in Barcelona and worked in a law firm in Hannover, Germany.

He has written numerous legal articles in different newspapers and magazines and has been a speaker at several legal conferences in Spain, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He represented Austrian consular interests for 10 years as Austrian Honorary Vice Consul in the Balearic Islands.

África Lamas is an economist and advisor at Despacho Lamas since June 2018. After graduating with an honours award from IQS Business School with a degree in Business Administration and a BBA exchange programme at the University of San Francisco, she completed a postgraduate degree in Auditing and Accounting (Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona).

From 2016 to 2018 she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as an auditor. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honour society and President of Rotaract Mallorca, a Rotary Club partner focused on service to the community.

Malu Lamas is an economist and legal advisor at Despacho Lamas since March 2019. After graduating from ESADE Business School with a degree in Business Administration, she completed a Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the same university.

She combined her studies with an internship at the Spanish Consulate in New York and at the CBRE real estate consultancy, and completed an exchange programme at Tsinghua University in Beijing. From 2016 to 2019 she worked at Deloitte M&A transaction services in the Real Estate and Infrastructure department.

Alberto Lamas joined Despacho Lamas in 2022, after two years in the Urban Planning, Corporate/M&A and Real Estate departments of a prestigious international law firm. He had previously worked for a technology multinational in the tourism sector and for a construction company in LATAM.

He studied a bilingual law degree at IE University (Madrid), with an exchange at the University of Central Florida (USA), followed by a Double Master’s degree in Corporate Law and Access to the Legal Profession (Bilingual LL.M) at IE Law School. He is currently involved in a diverse range of real estate transactions and legal proceedings.

Law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) and Master’s degree in German-Spanish comparative law from the University of Granada.

Since 1999 she has been working as a lawyer at Despacho Lamas. Prior to this, she worked in prestigious law firms and as a legal notary official in Mallorca. She has handled numerous real estate law cases, specialising as well in tax law and inheritance law between Germany and Spain.

Antonio Bosch holds a degree in Economics from the University of the Balearic Islands and is a technician in electrotechnical and automated systems (Arxiduc Lluís Salvador institute, Palma).

He joined the firm in November 2000 in the corporate and accounting department. Since 2004 he has worked exclusively in the property administration department.

Graduated in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and completed an MBA at the University of Houston (USA).

For 13 years he worked in the financial and banking sector as regional director of HR and media and as regional director of private banking. He then made the leap to law, gaining extensive experience in judicial proceedings of many kinds.
