What data we process and why

We only process the data you choose to send us:

• Enquiries through the contact form, by email or by telephone (name, email address, telephone and the content of your message), to answer you and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal.
• Clients: the data needed to provide the legal, tax and property services you engage us for, and to meet our legal obligations (for example invoicing, tax and anti-money-laundering rules).
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe, to send you our news.

This website does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not build profiles of its visitors.

Legal basis

• Your consent, when you send an enquiry or subscribe to the newsletter (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
• The performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Compliance with our legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for up to one year afterwards. Client data is kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for the periods required by law and professional rules. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where required by law. Lawyers are bound by professional secrecy. Some providers process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement — such as our website host, Cloudflare, Inc., which may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, or object to its processing, by writing to email (protected) or to our postal address. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
